Value Bridge Advisory recognises the critical importance of confidentiality and discretion in our client relationships and therefore feels it is important to retain the anonymity of its Board Advisors.

The founder of Value Bridge is an seasoned businessman with over 25 years experience as Managing Director, CEO and Chairman of both PLCs and private companies. He has worked across a broad range of industry sectors and has led companies ranging in size from start-ups to over £500m revenues. He has a track record of delivering significant growth in company sales and profitability – through a combination of market making and business building, improving operational performance and the development of high quality management teams. He has completed over 50 acquisitions during his career – so has a very good insight into what makes a company attractive to potential trade and private equity buyers and what drives company valuations. His early career included working in the family plastics business followed by B2B sales and marketing roles. He studied Economics and has an MBA from Europe’s no.1 business school.

Value Bridge Advisory has a network of experienced executives – from a wide range of industries and with a broad range of skill-sets – who can be called upon to support a project should the need arise. All of our Board Advisors have operated at senior levels in PLCs and private companies – they are not consultants by background – they have all ‘been there, done it’.
